Please contact us for any orders to be delivered outside the UK, you will not be able to process these orders via the website.<\/b><\/p>\n

UK Standard orders<\/b><\/u><\/p>\n

We offer free delivery on parcel delivery orders of \u00a385.00 & over not inclusive of VAT to mainland U.K. addresses, however a surcharge will be applied to some Scotland addresses & all off-shore islands. Please feel free to phone or email for a quote for delivery charges in these areas. Please see standard charges below based upon order value.<\/b><\/p>\n

Free delivery is excluded from any order containing a 205-litre drum. These orders are palletised and subject to a \u00a350 standard delivery charge plus regional surcharges will apply subject to post code.<\/b><\/p>\n

Please note<\/b>: Delivery notification & tracking details will be sent to you via our courier by email if you have provided this detail to us correctly.<\/p>\n

All deliveries are sent on a service which requires a person to be present at time of delivery.\u00a0If the buyer requests items to be left in a specified or unspecified safe place without a signature then this is done so entirely at the buyers risk. we will pass the request to our courier for consideration but cannot guarantee that it will be done as it is at the discretion of the couriers driver to validate the safety of the area. No replacements or refunds will be offered for missing items if you have requested items to be left without signature & we accept no liability for these items<\/b><\/p>\n

    Parcel deliveries are usually dispatched from our warehouse within 3 – 5 working days of order throughout the UK. Priority same day dispatch is available see premium delivery services below. If your order is not stocked or unavailable for dispatch within the above time frame, we will contact you giving you a date when the goods will be available.<\/p>\n

    Pallet Order Delivery charges<\/b><\/u><\/p>\n

    Orders including 205-litre drums will be palletised and standard delivery charged at \u00a350.00 plus vat & shipped on a 48-hour service\u00a0(Usual dispatch period applies as above)<\/b>. If a 24-hour service is required please call for prices and place your order by phone on\u00a008007720293.<\/b>\u00a0Orders may not always be shipped on the day of order placement subject to stock availability & time at which the order is placed. Regional surcharges will apply to certain postcodes.<\/p>\n

    Premium Delivery Services<\/b><\/u><\/p>\n

    Same day dispatch and a range of premium parcel delivery services are available, please telephone on\u00a008007720293<\/b>for available options and prices. Premium delivery options will be subject to stock availability & delivery area. These orders must be placed via telephone by\u00a012:00 PM.<\/b>\u00a0These services are not available at weekends

    Please inspect your goods immediately on delivery; no claims with regard to damage items can be made after our courier has left the delivery address, unless signed for as damaged on delivery. Whilst we take all reasonable care to ensure our orders are packed sufficiently, small dents to any products packed in metal containers are often unavoidable and considered acceptable when transporting via the parcel courier network, we will not accept claims for damaged items that are merely superficial denting to containers. Photographic evidence will be required!<\/b><\/p>\n


    Payment Policy<\/u><\/p>\n

    Payment can be made by credit\/debit card, PayPal or cheque. Payment for goods must be received before the goods are dispatched. Please allow ten working days for cheque clearance.<\/p>\n
